Former Facebook executive Randi Zuckerberg says banks can successfully utilize social media if they’re willing to allow creativity and let the chips fall where they may.
Randi Zuckerberg former Head of Marketing for Facebook will be one of the speakers at this year’s BAI Retail Delivery. Some of the highlights of her presentation will be discussing some of her successful social media initiatives: building brand loyalty in financial instutions, customer acquisition and measuring banks ROI through social media.
Zuckerberg said in this weeks’ BAI retail delivery: “If you’re managing your bank’s social media page, and feel like you’re swimming upstream against a more conservative culture, I would suggest proposing a few “trials” – starting small and testing out a few things. Once you have a few successes under your belt, do a road show around the company to get people excited about your progress so you can gradually go bigger and more creative.”
Reiterating creativity and innovation is a hot topic we will also be discussing in our roundtable forum at next month’s BAI Retail Delivery.
